Continental EcoContact 6 in Michelin Primacy 4 sta oba letna pnevmatika, zasnovana za odlično zmogljivost na suhih in mokrih cestah. V tem članku bomo primerjali oba pnevmatika na podlagi njihovih prednosti in slabosti ter rezultatov testov.
Continental EcoContact 6 je letna pnevmatika, ki je zamenjala Continental ContiEcoContact 5. Njegove prednosti vključujejo nizko zunanjo hrupnost, udobje in nizko kotalno upornost (AutoBild 2022, ADAC 2021). Vendar se spopada z omejenimi rezervami proti aquaplaningu, zamudami v odzivu volana ter podkrmiljenjem (autobild 2022). Po testnih rezultatih Autozeitung se je uvrstil na 7. mesto od 10., medtem ko je v testu ACE zasedel 3. mesto.
Michelin Primacy 4 je naslednik Michelin Primacy 3 in zagotavlja odlično suho zaviranje, učinkovitost goriva, udobje in mokro ravnanje (Teknikens). Vendar pa lahko njegova mokra obdelava in zavijanje omejujeta (GTÜ). V testu AutoBild 2022 se je Michelin Primacy 4 uvrstil na 8. mesto, medtem ko je v testih ADAC 2021 in AutoMotorSport zasedel 1. mesto za najboljše ocene na suhih ploščadih in nizko stopnjo obrabe.
Skupno gledano je Michelin Primacy 4 boljša pnevmatika, ko primerjamo oba s prednostmi na suhih zaviranjih, učinkovitostjo goriva, udobjem in mokrim ravnanjem. Medtem ko Continental EcoContact 6 nudi prednosti v zvezi z nizkim hrupom, udobjem in nizko kotalno upornostjo, morda ne bo dovolj dobra na mokrih cestah zaradi šibkejšega proti aquaplaningu in zaviranju na mokrih cestah. Končna izbira med obema pnevmatikama pa je odvisna od posameznikovih prioritet in pogojev vožnje.
